EXPERIENCE
Nancy has been a full-time realtor since 1994 and has specialized in the Foothills of La Canada, La Crescenta, Montrose, Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena, Tujunga and Sunland her entire career.
Hardworking and dedicated, Nancy is a multi-million dollar producer who enjoys working with first-time home buyers, families relocating into the area and seniors. She is happy to represent all levels of properties from one-bedroom condominiums to fine homes and estates.
Dedicated to providing the highest level of service to her clients, Nancy has been honored with membership in the exclusive Medallion Club, the Winner´s Circle and is a recipient of the Achievement Award. Known for her enthusiasm, Nancy was chosen to act as a mentor to new agents.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Born and raised in Glendale, Nancy knows the area well. She grew up in Glendale’s Glenoaks Canyon and is an alumnus of Glendale High School. Nancy´s husband, Forrest Smith, also grew up in the area and attended Crescenta Valley High School. They have three children ages 34, 31, and 23 and currently reside in Montrose. Before working in real estate, Nancy worked in the grocery industry and was employed by The Boy´s Market, Inc. Her favorite past times are fishing, water skiing and going to local art galleries.

She will advertise your property in the Los Angeles Times, the Wall Street Journal, Shopping For Real Estate, The Real Estate Book and any local newspapers specific to your property. She sends out professionally designed color mailers, holds open houses and personally hosts all MLS tours. Nancy also has a comprehensive internet marketing program available with exclusivity in the foothill area on one of these web sites. In addition to print advertising, Nancy utilizes virtual tours of the properties she lists along with personalized websites.
